Every year, both factions of AD-US have a Loremaster Festival. This weekend (3/19 - 3/20) the Horde faction of AD-US is doing their festival. It's a RP event, and you could probably get away attending as an observer provided you aren't disruptive. I know I sat in on it last year and it was terribly entertaining. I won't be able to make most of it due to work, but it may be entertaining for those of you interested in RP. Yanisin is a pretty cool person and should probably be your point of contact if you want to sit in. Here is the related thread. forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=22748779787&sid=1

I was looking up RP resources, and found that the AD-US has a wiki (http://argentdawn.wikia.com). Lo & behold, the main page has a big image with descriptions of what's happening on the Horde's Loremaster festival. After reading it, I'm rather intrigued and figure I might soon have an under-10 Tauren something on AD.

Sounds interesting. I'm interested in rolling an alt Hordeside too!
Maybe we can establish a chapter of SAN there - just like EU might be doing for their Gnome rally?

I've got the funding to get it started. Give me a guild name and I'll gkick one of my alts from the AA guild and get it going and hand it off to whoever. (I'm the paladin responding in that thread, shhhh it's a secret. )

Thanks for the heads up! Looks like fun, I definitely don't want to miss this. I'll be there as Evadawn, the low-level tauren. Toss me a whisper if guild charter signatures are needed.

The event starts today at 8pm. It's in Bloodhoof Village.
Yanisin is running the event. They're a real nice player and can probably get you a summon. You're free to observe and participate but please don't cause a disruption.

Ack - it's earlier than I had thought (starts ~1 hour from now). I've created an alt named Kaerlina - a Blood Elf Mage. Hope to see some of you there!
