Hey all... As the title states, I'm a-lookin' for a place to raid.
Who am I?
Balthazario - Velen -US
http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Velen&cn=Balthazario
Draenei Ret Paladin (prot is my off spec, but still very much learning)
GS (if you are interested) is 5030
I've been all the way to Saurfang once. (25 man)
My DPS there was ~6k during the "real" fights, and ~4.5k doing non-AoE-only against Saurfang himself.
What I'm looking for would probably be best described as a large moderately progression oriented guild that had regular need for spare players. I am happy being "second string" and not having a regular spot in a given raid, but I WOULD want to run at least once a week.
My availability is 8:15pm - 11pm Pacific M-F (if needed I can get on a bit earlier) and basically availble on weekends.
I am more interested in simply playing and raiding (having fun with good people) than I am worried about getting new content done.
I know my class and work hard to optimize it with what I have. My talents aren't 100% optimized for PvE, because I *do* go into BGs often enough that I want a bit for that.
I gem, enchant, eat and drink to do it right.
My gear, overall is 4 pc T9, 1 piece T10, with a couple PvP pieces that were upgrades over my previous PvE pieces (wrist and boots) The rest is a mishmash of badge and sundry gear. I could get higher ilvl trinkets, but I prefer what I have.
The following 2 links to my blog explain how I play:

I will happily server transfer, but I will not faction transfer.
Thanks, Balth

Transferring to AD (US) has been in the back of my head for a while, though it would mean deleting Balthazario that's already there.
I'm giving a couple guilds a quick looksee on my server, but SAN is a likely prospect, especially now that there are several 80s in-guild.
Thanks for the reminder!
